Terms & Conditions

These terms form a contract between you and Club Redilee Ltd ("Club Redilee", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

You must be 18 or over. Graduates must be a current or recent UK university student. Employers must be a legitimate UK-registered organisation.

All graduate profiles and employer accounts are manually reviewed. We may approve, reject, suspend or terminate any account at our reasonable discretion, for example where information is inaccurate, where conduct breaches these terms, or where activity is unsafe or unlawful.

• Each gig posting requires a £99 (inc. VAT where applicable) non-refundable fee.
• The total gig pay must meet or exceed UK National Minimum Wage for the hours and duration specified. The platform enforces this at submission.
• Gigs must be lawful, real, paid work and must not discriminate.
• Club Redilee is a marketplace, not an employer. Employers are responsible for engagement, payment to the graduate and any IR35/employment-status determination.

Graduates apply at their own discretion. Honest, accurate information is required. Misrepresentation may lead to account removal.

All early-stage communication must happen through the platform inbox. Contact details are revealed once a successful outcome has been sent.

Club Redilee does not process payment for the graduate's work. The employer pays the graduate directly per the terms they agree. Club Redilee charges the employer only the £99 posting fee.

Both parties may rate each other after a completed gig. Ratings must be honest and proportionate. Abusive, harassing or unlawful conduct will result in removal.

Club Redilee provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from gigs arranged through the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

We process your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may close accounts for material breach.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
