Privacy Policy

Who we are

Club Redilee Ltd ("we", "us") is building a curated UK graduate gig marketplace. This page covers our pre-launch waitlist at clubredilee.com. We are the data controller for the personal data collected through it.

Contact: hello@clubredilee.com.

What this covers

This policy applies only to our waitlist. It does not cover the full Club Redilee platform, which is not yet open — a separate, fuller privacy policy will apply when the platform launches.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect: your name; your email address; whether you're a graduate or a business; and optionally, your answer to a short follow-up question. That's all — we don't collect anything else at this stage.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

  • To let you know when Club Redilee launches and to offer you early access — on the basis of your consent in joining the waitlist.
  • If you opted in, to send you occasional updates on our progress — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Your graduate/business answer and any optional response help us understand our audience and shape the platform — on the basis of our legitimate interest in building something useful.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the service providers that run our waitlist: our hosting and database provider (Supabase) and our email provider (Resend). We do not sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else.

International transfers

Some of these providers may store data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details until Club Redilee launches and you've had the chance to join, or until you ask us to remove you or unsubscribe — whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe or ask to be removed, we delete your details.

Cookies

Our waitlist page uses privacy-first, cookieless analytics to understand visitor numbers. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can:

  • ask for a copy of your data;
  • ask us to correct or delete it;
  • unsubscribe from updates at any time (there's a link in every email); or
  • complain to the Information Commissioner's Office ( ico.org.uk).

To exercise any of these, email hello@clubredilee.com. If you have a concern, contact us first at that address and we'll do our best to resolve it.

Children

Club Redilee is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page. When the full platform launches, a fuller privacy policy will replace this one.
